This privacy policy covers CUBIX HUB handling of information, data and any assets collected by CUBIX HUB or provided to CUBIX HUB at the sole discretion of its clients.
This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies and third parties that CUBIX HUB does not own or control, or of persons that CUBIX HUB does not employ or manage, including any third-party content contributors bound by contract.
Information Collection
All customer or client information collected shall be used for the purpose it was meant to serve as per agreement. Customer information which includes but is not limited to NPI, PII etc. shall be safeguarded using adequate controls and security measures (such as, username and password), shared between CUBIX HUB and its client.
CUBIX HUB collects information such as name, email, and shipping address and financial information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. over the web using an “order form” from clients or customers ordering our products, for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the clients or customers.
Communications of Information
We at CUBIX HUB shall ensure to preserve user privacy, however, there are certain circumstances where CUBIX HUB may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our products, services or website.
